SSMS Lady Bird Softball fall to Centralia
JV Lady Birds fall to North Shelby 4-3.
SSMS cross country in Moberly today. All three girls medaled. Out of 130 girls Hadley 17th, Allie 21st and Carmiah 24th. Boys, Ezra and Trei, finished 82nd and 124th out of 200 runners. Good job all.

Pasta party turned pizza party for the South Shelby Cross Country teams. Thanks to the parents for bringing our team together for a meal! We run at Moberly October 2. First race starts at 4:00.

The Ladybirds got a chance to play the district course today at the Meadeville Invitational and placed 2nd with a 389! Hannah Gaines was 2nd place individual with an 87!

6th Hour PE finished our washers tournament today. The students did a great job painting the boxes, learning the game, and having a competitive tournament. Unfortunately for them Coach still won the 6 person double elimination tournament. (No photo was taken of the winner).
These are the winners of the 8th Grade Careers Class "Egg Drop Challenge." They created a successful business model and prototype!
