SSMS Looking Ahead...
Attention Cardinal Community! I am needing a huge favor. The Anatomy class will be doing a big cardiac lab Thursday (20th) and Friday (21st) this week. As part of this lab, they will be taking blood pressures and listening to the heart. We are needing to borrow multiple stethoscopes and blood pressure cuffs if anyone has sets we can use for those days. If you have some we can use, please shoot me a message at nhillard@cardinals.k12.mo.us You can get them to the high school or let me know and I can get them picked up. Please put a piece of tape or something to label them temporarily and I can label them with masking tape when I get them so I can get them returned. Thank you so much!
The HS Fall Sports Awards will be this Wednesday, Nov19th at 6 pm in the HS Gym. Activities involved are Girls Golf, Softball, Cross Country, and Football.

We are so proud of Lindsey, Kylee, and Peyson for competing in the Area 3 Fall Public Speaking contest last night. All of them worked incredibly hard writing, memorizing, and delivering their speeches.

Great Job Wizard of Oz Cast! You are representing Shelby County Youth so well. We will have two more shows. Saturday Night at 7:00 PM and Sunday at 2:00 PM. Tickets sales start at 6:00 PM on Saturday, and 1:00 PM on Sunday. We sold out the show is less than 25 minutes last night!

South Shelby FCCLA spent the day at the St. Louis Zoo as part of Missouri FCCLA's Industry Immersion Series. Members spent a beautiful day at the zoo while learning about potential career opportunities at the zoo.
