The 8th grade Careers class has started a small business selling plants to work on entrepreneurial skills. Spider Plant Co. is up and running.

Great job at the CCC meet! Samentha placed 2nd making First Team All-Conference. Cooper made First Team All-Conference with a 6th place finish and Beau placed 10th earning Second Team All-Conference. Boys placed 3rd as a team.
The Ladybirds took 2nd place at the CCC tournament today. Katelyn Wilt and Hannah Gaines both made 1st team with a 95!
SSMS cross country had a great race at the conference meet today. All three girls medaled. Hadley 4th, Carmiah 6th, and Allie 8th. Ezra medaled for the boys coming in 7th and Trei improved his time by over a minute.

SSMS vs. Clark Co Football will have a game time of 5:00pm on 10/7/25 instead of 6:00pm as originally scheduled.
The SSMS Ladybird softball team finished the season with a wins over Macon at the CCC Tournament! Good season girls!
Ladybirds fall to Trenton to finish pool play 1-1 at the La Plata Softball Tournament. Seeding and next game times to come soon after a coaches meeting.
Ladybirds will play La Plata in the quarterfinal, start time should be around 2:30-2:45.
